CBX™ - How it Works
As shown in the illustration below, Synergy's Private Cloud Infrastructure (Charlotte NC and Dallas TX) provides CBX™ Hosted Voice services. Multiple connectivity options exist for virtually any location or environment. Three examples below include (A) a traditional broadband Internet service provided by local carrier or ISP, (B) an Ultra-High Speed Wireless service provided by Synergy/Dasia.Net, and (C) a Synergy SatCom service for rural/off grid location where limited broadband options exist. Each of the examples below include an automatic fail-over to 4G to maintain critical Voice/Data services in the event of loss of primary connectivity.
